2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or excess payment made due to a technical error
- Course cancellation by RDSDM before commencement
- Payment debited but enrollment not confirmed
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following payments are strictly non-refundable:
- Course registration fees once access is granted
- Exam or certification fees
- Franchise application or onboarding charges
- Downloaded study material or activated online content
Important
Once services are initiated, no refund will be entertained.
4. Course Cancellation Policy
If a learner chooses to cancel enrollment after successful registration, no refund will be issued. However, access to learning materials may remain valid as per the selected plan.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, users must:
- Email us with payment receipt and transaction ID
- Provide registered name, mobile number, and email
- Clearly mention the reason for refund
Approved refunds will be processed within:
- 7–10 working days
- Credited to the original payment method
6. Limitation of Liability
RDSDM shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers during the refund process.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
